Business Starting Skill Courses

(VEN) - The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) Small and Medium Business Assistance Center will launch courses from March 17-19 that are to improve skills in starting business, making business plans and build capacity for small and extremely small businesses in Thai Binh and Thanh Hoa provinces.

The courses are part of the Pioneer Fund, which is funded by the Ford Foundation and is to eliminate hunger, reduce poverty and develop the economy in rural, remote areas through accessing and supporting small and extremely small businesses.
So far the center has organized business starting courses in several northern provinces - Bac Giang, Bac Kan, Lang Son, Yen Bai, Tuyen Quang, Phu Tho, Hoa Binh, Ha Tay, Thai Nguyen, Cao Bang, Ninh Binh and Quang Ninh./.

Numbers speak about the situation of enterprises

(VEN) - After a nearly one month long survey under the direction of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Planning and Investment has submitted a report to the Government on the situation facing local enterprises in the first four months and a number of suggestions. On the basis of these report and suggestions policy makers will develop solutions to support businesses and prompt economic recovery.
