(VEN) - The Diana Joint Stock Company recently made public that it will grant more than VND1 billion over the next three years to continue to be the exclusive sponsor of the Vietnam Women’s Award Fund, which was initiated by the Vietnam Women’s Union.
The Fund has granted money to 22 collectives and 44 individuals in various areas to encourage them to bring into play their strength for national development.
Diana paid about VND62.86 billion in taxes in 2008 and turned over VND785.2 billion in 2009. In recognition of the company's achievements, Vietnamese President Tran Duc Luong awarded it a third-class labor order on March 13, 2010.
