(VEN) - The Hanoi Energy Conservation Center said that it will get together with the Hanoi Women's Union to give 10,000 free compact lamps to 10,000 families in 10 inner districts in Hanoi, as part of the trial project on energy saving and energy efficiency in families in 10 inner districts in Hanoi in 2010.
The sponsors expect that the compact lamps will make people better understand the need to save power to ensure national energy security./.
