(VEN) - Brainworks, a Japanese group in investment/trade consultation, management and promotion for small and medium enterprises, will organize an Asia economic meeting in Shanghai, China, on October 14, to enhance the business ties between businesses of Vietnam and foreign countries, particularly China and Japan, on the occasion of World Expo 2010 to take place in the city.
The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in Ho Chi Minh City will send a business team to the meeting and World Expo 2010, and for a visit to Shanghai, Hangzhou and Beijing from October 14-21.
At the meeting Vietnamese businesses will exchange trade/business cooperation opportunities with about 200 Chinese and Japanese businesses in the areas of food, tourism, beauty, architecture, construction, real estate, production and trade.
World Expo 2010, which is the 132nd event of its kind, was launched on May 1 in Shanghai and will be wrapped up on October 31./.
